How do I return an item?

At Alathèa Design, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. As each item is custom-made, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you review your order details carefully before completing your purchase. FAQs

How long does the turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 4-7 business days. If you need your order sooner, rush orders are available for an additional $25. To ensure your rush order is shipped by Friday, the last order should be placed by 12pm every Tuesday. Please note that custom party packages or larger orders may take 2-3 weeks to complete. We recommend ordering well in advance to avoid any delays.

Can I do custom theme for any of your product?

Absolutely! We love bringing your vision to life. You can request a custom theme for any of our products to match your event perfectly. Simply provide the details of your desired theme, and we will work closely with you to create something unique and special for your celebration!

How do I place a custom order?

Simply reach out to us via our contact form or send an email to info@alatheadesign.com.au. Be sure to include details such as your desired theme, colours, and any specific items you're looking for. We'll collaborate with you to bring your vision to life and provide a quote before we begin the design process. Once confirmed, we’ll guide you through the payment and order steps.
