  • Full Payment Required at Checkout: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer cash-on-delivery or partial payments.

4. Installment Payments (Zip Pay)

We offer a convenient Zip Pay option for our customers who prefer to pay for their purchases over time. Zip Pay allows you to Buy Now, Pay Later, with no upfront payment required. Here’s how it works:

  • Eligibility: Available for orders of any value, subject to Zip’s terms and conditions.
  • Repayment: Zip Pay provides flexible payment options, allowing you to pay off your purchase in installments. Choose from weekly, fortnightly, or monthly repayments, depending on what suits your budget.
  • Fees: Zip Pay is interest-free, but a monthly account fee of $7.95 may apply if you carry a balance. You can avoid this fee by paying off your purchase in full by the end of each month.

To use Zip Pay, simply select it as your payment method at checkout and log in to your Zip account. If you’re new to Zip, you can quickly set up an account and get started in minutes.

5. Order Cancellations and Modifications

  • No Cancellation Policy

    Due to the highly customised and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Each item is crafted to order, ensuring it meets the specific requirements and preferences you’ve selected. As a result, every order requires a commitment of time, resources, and materials which cannot be recouped once production begins.

    Please note the following regarding our No Cancellation Policy:

    • No Cancellations After Purchase: Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, we immediately begin preparing your items. Therefore, cancellations are not permitted at any point after the order has been placed.

    • Changes to Orders: If you need to make a minor modification to your order (such as updating a detail in customisation), please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. While we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, we cannot guarantee that all changes will be possible.

    • Exemptions to the Policy: In rare cases where production has not yet started, we may be able to offer a solution at our discretion. However, this is not guaranteed and is subject to review.

    • Refunds for Cancellations: Since cancellations are not permitted, we do not provide refunds for canceled orders under any circumstances. Please carefully review your order details before finalizing the purchase.

6. Custom Orders & Payment Terms

For custom-made items or bulk orders, we require full payment upfront to begin production. Due to the nature of custom products, these orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. Please double-check your payment details, or use an alternate payment method to successfully complete your purchase.

8. Security Measures

Your security is of utmost importance to us. Our website employs SSL encryption to ensure that your personal and payment information is protected. We do not store your payment details on our website servers.
