Welcome to our Order Tracking page! We know how exciting it is to keep an eye on your delivery, whether it’s on its way across Australia or coming in from overseas. Here you’ll find all the information you need to track your order.


How to Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly on the Australia Post website.

Domestic Orders

For all orders shipped within Australia, you can track your parcel directly through the Australia Post website.

  1. Visit the Australia Post Tracking Page
  2. Enter your tracking number in the search bar.
  3. Click on "Track" to see the latest updates on your delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time: Domestic deliveries usually take between 2-7 business days depending on your location. Please refer to your tracking link for the most accurate timeframe.

International Orders

For international orders, tracking is also available via Australia Post. International delivery times may vary based on the destination country, customs processing, and other factors.

  1. Visit the Australia Post Tracking Page
  2. Enter your tracking number to see the status of your order.

Estimated Delivery Time: International shipments can take anywhere from 7-20 business days depending on the destination. Specific delivery estimates will be available in your tracking link. To find out more information in regards to estimated International delivery times, please click here.


Common Questions

1. What if my tracking number isn’t working? Tracking numbers may take up to 24-48 hours to become active after shipment. If you’re still having trouble, please reach out to us, and we’ll help you track it down.

2. My order says "in transit" but hasn’t moved in a few days. What should I do? Don’t worry! It’s common for shipments to go a few days without updates (due to  red/yellow box drop off). If it has been over a week without any change, feel free to contact us so we can investigate further.

3. Can I track my order without a tracking number? If you haven’t received a tracking number or cannot find it, please check your email inbox and spam folder. You can also contact our customer service team for assistance.
